Hostel Operations & All-Rounder Host

We’re looking for a flexible, helpful person to support the team with day-to-day hostel routines. Depending on the roster, you may help welcome guests, prepare shared spaces for activities or assist with light common-area resets. You’ll meet travellers from different cultures, share experiences and enjoy Malta in your free time. Tasks are agreed in advance and fit within the scheduled hours; you won’t be expected to do every type of task each day. The schedule is around 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off. A 6–8 week stay is ideal; 4 weeks is the minimum.
