Resident Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised, people-focused person to help coordinate daily hostel operations and create a welcoming experience for guests. You’ll support the team with shift handovers, guest communication, activity planning and follow-up on housekeeping and maintenance tasks. You’ll work alongside the hostel manager and an international team, meet travellers from different cultures and enjoy Malta in your free time. This role suits someone dependable, friendly and comfortable taking initiative while keeping the manager informed. The schedule is around 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off. An 8-week stay is the minimum; 3 months or longer is ideal.
