Join Bookarest’s international hostel community and help travellers feel welcome during late arrivals and early departures. This role suits someone calm, dependable and comfortable supporting guests overnight. Shifts are scheduled in advance, with management available for issues that need escalation. The exchange is also a chance to share experiences, learn from travellers of different cultures and enjoy Malta during your time off. A 6–8 week stay is ideal; 4 weeks is the minimum.
