Resident Operations Manager
Resident Operations Manager Description We’re looking for an organised, experienced person to support the owner or host manager with the day-to-day running of Bookarest. The owner or host manager sets priorities; you’ll coordinate scheduled tasks with the team, share progress and raise issues or decisions that need approval. You’ll help coordinate handovers, guest experience and daily routines while working with an international team and meeting travellers from different cultures. This long-stay role suits someone dependable, calm under pressure and comfortable taking responsibility. The schedule is around 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off. A 6-month stay or longer is ideal; 3 months is the minimum.

You’ll have a bed in a shared staff dorm at Bookarest Hostel, with shared bathroom facilities, kitchen access and Wi-Fi. Where available, we’ll arrange a bed in a smaller shared dorm with fewer occupants.
