Ouafa

Hi! I’m Wafa from Morocco. I have 6 years of experience in hotel reception and tourism, where I developed strong skills in guest relations, communication, reservations, and customer service. I speak Arabic, English and French. I’m friendly, responsible, adaptable and enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds. I’m particularly interested in coastal and surf communities, cultural exchange, and environmental projects. I can help with reception, welcoming guests, reservations, communication, housekeeping and general hostel activities. I’m looking for a meaningful work-exchange experience where I can contribute my skills, learn new things, and become part of a team.
